INSENTIF PAJAK UNTUK WP TERDAMPAK CORONA - PPH 21, 25 DAN PPH 22 IMPOR



Pemerintah menanggapi dampak perekonomian akibat virus corona dengan mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan/ PMK No. 23 Tahun 2020. 

Dalam Lampiran Permenkeu 23/PMK.03/2020 tentang Insentif Pajak untuk Wajib Pajak terdampak Wabah Virus Corona dijelaskan tentang fasilitas, insentif dan cara penghitungan:
a. Fasililitas PPh Pasal 21 ditanggung Pemerintah (DTP) untuk 440 KLU Wajib Pajak.
b. Fasilitas Pembebasan PPh Pasal 22 Impor, Pengurangan Besar Angsuran PPh Pasal 25 dan Pengembalian Pendahuluan Pembayaran PPN untuk 102 KLU Wajib Pajak.
